    Inna's "I believe" is to give a well-designed and well-invested piece of jewelry to the customer, therefore the delivery is free of charge - we will take care of the delivery to your home
  • What is the delivery time?
    Delivery time is up to 14 business days from the moment the order is charged.
  • I placed the order and did not receive the item?
    If this happened, we apologize from the bottom of our hearts, this is not the type of service we provide to our beloved customers, so we will take care of the issue as soon as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible via "Contact" and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Is it possible to cancel a transaction of a custom-made product?
    According to the law, it is not possible to receive a refund for the return of a custom-made product. In general, Inna's jewelry studio does not offer refunds on orders placed, and in any case, you must contact customer service to receive individual help for each issue.
  • Can and how can a transaction be canceled after it has been made?

  • What are the warranty conditions for the products on the website?
    Jewelry manufactured by the company has a two-year warranty from the date of purchase (which can be exercised as long as the jewelry is used reasonably)
  • Is it possible to purchase customized jewelry?
    The site offers for sale jewelry that, after the order, is customized to the customer's requirements, and there is also the option to order jewelry that is produced in a one-time production and customized. However, the company reserves the right to refuse a customized order in certain cases, for example if a customer requests the engraving of an offensive and inappropriate shape and/or inscription.

  • I would like to purchase a product as a gift for someone. Is it possible to enter another person's details as the delivery address, and is it possible to pack the product in special packaging?
    It is certainly possible to order products as a gift for another person and enter the name and address of the recipient of the gift at the time of ordering, and when specifying the order as a gift, the product will be packaged in a gift box. This must be noted in "Write a note" located in the "shopping cart".
