Yes. Every design is an original creation by Inna Heiman and is exclusively available through Heiman Jewelry.

What materials do you use?

Our jewelry is handcrafted using premium 14K or 18K gold, genuine diamonds, and carefully selected natural gemstones.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

How long will my order take?

Every piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow up to 21 business days for production before your order is shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

Because every piece is handcrafted and made specifically to your chosen specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you have any questions before placing your order, we're always happy to help you make the right choice.

Do your jewelry pieces come with a warranty?

Yes. All jewelry includes a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

Please note that the warranty does not cover lost jewelry, lost gemstones, broken chains, or damage resulting from misuse or normal wear.

Can you create a completely custom design?

Yes. We specialize in bespoke jewelry. Whether you're dreaming of a personalized engagement ring, memorial piece, heirloom jewelry, or another custom creation, we'd love to work with you.

Can I choose the gold color?

Yes. Depending on the design, you may choose from:

Yellow Gold
White Gold
Rose Gold

You may also select either 14K or 18K gold.

Can I choose the gemstone?

Yes. Many of our designs can be customized with natural gemstones or diamonds, including sapphires, rubies, emeralds, and more.
