Because our jewelry is made according to your personal selections, we have a limited return and exchange policy.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The jewelry is new, unused, and unworn.

• The piece is returned in its original packaging.

• The jewelry has not been damaged, altered, resized, engraved, or otherwise modified after delivery.

• The item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

If the above conditions are met, you may request either an exchange or a refund.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order through our Contact Us page before sending anything back. We will provide you with the return instructions.

Custom & Personalized Jewelry

Each piece is individually crafted based on your chosen specifications, including:

• Gold color (Yellow, White, or Rose Gold)

• 14K or 18K Gold

• Natural gemstones or diamonds

• Ring size

• Chain length

• Other personal customizations

Because these pieces are made specifically for each customer, customized or personalized jewelry may be subject to different return or exchange conditions where applicable.
